About the Illustrator

Award-winning artist Kim Fujiwara was honored to be asked by Carol to do the art and design for this book. He is a long time friend of her husband Doug from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. Kim has been drawing since he was four years old and has professionally spent more than thirty years specializing in illustration, portraits, design and fine art.
